The Models 64 and 65 Service Regulators are high-precision pneumatic regulators designed for instrumentation and general-purpose use. They feature a Venturi design to reduce pressure droop under flow, a large control diaphragm for high sensitivity, and a flow gage port for easy pressure monitoring. Model 65 includes a 5-micron filter and dripwell with petcock valve for liquid drainage. Operation is based on balancing the spring force (setpoint) and output pressure acting on the diaphragm; when output exceeds the setpoint, the exhaust valve opens to release excess pressure, maintaining stable control.
